Project Accountants are responsible for organizing and processing all on-going daily accounting activities associated with a construction project.

Estimators review construction documents and architectural drawings, prepare quantity take-offs and solicit subcontractor bids for assigned projects.

This position requires 15+ years of commercial general contractor project management experience. Project Managers are responsible for the overall management and success of assigned construction projects as measured by the attainment of quality, client satisfaction and profitability goals.

Possessing an active New York City Construction Superintendent License, the superintendent oversees day-to-day operations on large construction projects. The “super” is responsible for short-term scheduling, quality control and subcontractor coordination, advising the Project Manager if circumstances will impact the project schedule.

Responsible for the safety management of a construction project, the Licensed Site Safety Manager ensures compliance with established safety standards. Produces the Site Safety, Noise Mitigation and Fire Safety plans; communicates safety plans to all project team participants.
