The Fidelco Group expanded its office tower by erecting an addition that houses a new lobby.  The expansion included a poured, reinforced concrete foundation with grade beams and 13-foot footings that support a PSE&G transformer vault, a grade level concrete slab, a steel structure, a glass and aluminum curtain wall with metal panels, a vinyl roofing system, one manual, one automated and two revolving entrance doors, all interior finishes, all MEP systems, signage, and a 4,000-square-foot exterior plaza with landscaping, outdoor lighting, concrete pavers and granite accents.
