This ground-up construction of a seven-story, 53 apartment, mixed-use retail and residential development featured a steel structure with metal deck and concrete floors.  The Mc Gowan Builders team developed a complex staging, logistics and delivery schedule and constructed a temporary, elevated platform that housed a crane during the steel erection phase.
