Mc Gowan Builders served as General Contractor for a new rooftop tenant recreation area.  The project included a natural stone-clad gas fireplace and chimney, stained Brazilian Ipe wood deck and canopy, custom-designed and fabricated wet bar and new bathrooms.  The construction schedule also called for part of the work to be performed during winter, necessitating weather protection measures for materials, equipment and workers.
