The ground-up construction of this new three-story building provided Mc Gowan Builders an opportunity to utilize their stellar engineering team.  When the initial design was found to be unbuildable due to a foundation issue, Mc Gowan Builders’ team immediately mobilized a specialty contractor and installed ten 80-ton caissons with rock sockets driven five feet deep into bedrock.
