The complete fit-out of this medical facility involved demolition of the pre-existing space and removal of two feet of concrete floor slab to accommodate a new MRI unit.  Serving as the General Contractor, Mc Gowan Builders performed all heavy demolition operations outside of normal business hours as the floor above housed an eye surgery facility.
