The StreetSquash Center encompassed a complete interior build-out, including a lobby, storefront, library, ADA access elevator, eight full-size squash courts, offices, four classrooms, and HVAC and MEP systems.  Serving as General Contractor, Mc Gowan Builders performed the work while the base building was still under construction.
