The Chairman’s Grill Restaurant at the Sheraton Meadowlands Hotel

As part of the $16 million renovation of The Sheraton Meadowlands Hotel and Conference Center, Mc Gowan Builders built the Chairman’s Grill Restaurant.  Inspired by hotel lounges popular in Frank Sinatra’s era, the work in the kitchen area included the re-tiling of 1,200 square feet of floor, rewiring and installation of a new power supply system and a new gas distribution system and connections, installation of new fiber-reinforced plastic counters, steel diamond plate protection throughout the kitchen and new stainless steel corner guards.
