Qualified candidates must possess a significant level of construction project experience, a college degree in an applicable discipline and proficiency using modern software.

All positions are full-time unless otherwise noted.

This position requires 10+ years of commercial general contractor project management experience. Ground-up Project Managers are responsible for the overall management and success of assigned ground-up construction projects as measured by the attainment of quality, client satisfaction and profitability goals.

This position requires 5+ years of commercial general contractor project management experience. Interiors Project Managers are responsible for the overall management and success of assigned commercial interiors construction projects as measured by the attainment of quality, client satisfaction and profitability goals.

This superintendent position oversees day-to-day operations on ground-up construction projects. The “super” is responsible for short-term scheduling, quality control and subcontractor coordination, advising the Project Manager if circumstances will impact the project schedule.
