Construction manager Mc Gowan leads complex conversion and renovation project in downtown Manhattan to successful completion.
Mc Gowan, one of the New York Metropolitan Area’s premier construction management firms, today announced that it recently completed the construction of River & Warren, a collection of two- to five-bedroom luxury condominium residences located at 212 Warren Street, connecting the Manhattan neighborhoods of Tribeca and Battery Park City.
The River & Warren project is a fine example of the type of complex, high-design projects that our firm performs well on. The talented team of professionals at our firm excels when given the opportunity to apply its collective construction knowledge and skills to a project that calls for creativity and out-of-the-box thinking. This extensive renovation — the conversion of more than 324 apartments into 162 luxury condos — is one of the more unique projects we’ve taken on, and we’re pleased to have successfully completed the project on time and within budget.
