Bally Total Fitness Miami

The new 32,000-square foot Bally Total Fitness club at Miami’s Southland Mall features a reception area, exercise rooms, a juice bar, locker rooms with bathrooms and showers, a swimming pool, sauna/steam facilities, sales and management offices, and mechanical rooms.

The complete fit out of the club encompassed all new finishes and new MEP systems. The finishes include ceramic tile, carpet, maple hardwood flooring with a rubber foundation, painted sheetrock, glass, elastic foam walls, sheetrock ceilings, and suspended, pendant, and recessed lighting. Portions of the ceilings are finished with a three-inch layer of orange-colored, spray-on K-2 acoustical insulation foam.

The Mc Gowan team also installed food service equipment in the juice bar area including refrigerators, food processors, plumbing and a service counter.
