DCH Honda Dealership

This multi-phased construction of a new Drive-In Express Service maintenance facility, corporate offices, and a new parking lot includes extensive renovations to the existing showroom for DCH Auto Group.

The structural steel Service Building includes new metal façade panels, custom millwork, sealed concrete flooring, new storefronts, interior partitions, Stonhard flooring, VCT & carpet flooring, tile & stone, and painting. The project also includes all new HVAC, plumbing, sprinkler, electrical, fire alarm & low voltage building systems.

The extensive renovation to the existing showroom includes a complete new layout of the interior with all new finishes including new storefronts & windows, custom millwork, all new partitions & ceilings, carpet VCT & tile flooring, painting throughout and all new MEP building systems.

Energy efficient items include reflective roofing to minimize heat absorption, LED and fluorescent lighting with motion sensors, as well as utilizing recycled waste oil from vehicles to operate the new heating systems within the complex.

Coordination between DCH management and the Mc Gowan team was crucial to ensure the facility continued its operations unimpeded by material deliveries, systems shutdowns, construction activities and and staging areas. Mc Gowan also assisted with several design changes throughout the course of construction.
