Financial Services Office Space

Mc Gowan's Florida office constructed this interior space in the prestigious Miami Tower on the 25th and 27th floors for a high-end financial services firm.

Work included a fast-track first generation interior build-out to completely gut the existing office space back to the building shell, removal of the existing interior stairwell connecting three floors and infilling to create clear floor area.

A full-height demountable partitions system and custom glass walls provide natural light throughout the offices, team suites and interior areas. Overall, the office encompasses a modern reception area, conference rooms, elevator lobby, a large seminar room, pantry and restrooms.

The project is LEED ID+C Commercial Interiors v4 GOLD Certified.
