Prestigious Financial Services Firm's Offices

For this project at 125 Worth Avenue, a landmark building in the heart of the Town of Palm Beach, one of the premier shopping venues in the world, Mc Gowan built a boutique office space for a prestigious Financial Services firm.

The project scope consisted of a complete gut and interior build-out of Class "A" office space, featuring private balconies and ocean views.  

The upscale, boutique space serves as a satellite meeting location for this prominent West Palm Beach-based Financial Services firm to serve its local Palm Beach clientele.  The high-end finishes include a custom-designed reception desk, wood veneer panels, stone, lighting, and an antique bronze and glass demountable partition system.

Mc Gowan also built a new pantry, bathroom and server room with supplemental air conditioning and energy efficient controls for the building systems.
